Brea, California has been experiencing the benefits of an ongoing renovation for several years. Always a quiet, safe place to live, recent commercial and housing developments have only added to the city’s allure.
Incorporated in 1917 as an oil production town, Brea saw steady growth until the 1970′s, when the newly completed 57 freeway brought a flood a residents and businesses to serve them to the area.
